The Construction Process
Building a pool is a detailed process, and understanding each step will help set clear expectations. Throughout construction, we’ll keep you informed on progress and timelines, ensuring a smooth experience as we transform your vision into a beautiful, functional pool.
1
Your backyard is a "Construction Zone", and will be until we fill up your pool and do the final grade.
2
Animals
Please make arrangements for your animals while the pool is being built. The fence may be down to let contractors in and out. Contractors will be coming in and out of your backyard at various times.
3
Fence
Your fence will be taken down for excavation and sometimes during gunite phase.
4
Landscape and Sprinklers
Your grass, landscape, and sprinklers are at risk of being damaged due to the large equipment coming in and out of your yard. We always put a sprinkler allowance in the cost of your pool to reset the sprinklers. You will need to make temporary arrangements for irrigation to your yard in the construction zone area until your sprinklers are reset. We can provide at an additional cost.
5
Gunite
The homeowner will need to water the gunite for a week once the gunite is sprayed. We can provide that service for an additional fee.
6
Water Runoff
Don't worry if your pool fills up with water during construction. We will pump it out prior to plastering your pool.
7
Clear Water
Don't freak out when we start-up your pool. Please keep in mind your pool was just plastered and it is a process to startup your pool and get the water and chemicals balanced. We highly suggest you let us service your pool for a monthly fee for the first 6 months so your pool is cared for by experts to protect your investment.
